The principles of lean management are the basis for continuous improvement without pressure and can make you happy.
Process management and the associated methods are the path to clarity and transparency in professional and private contexts.
lean management
...is for me much more than a concept that aims to minimize waste while maximizing value for the customer.
For many years I have been applying the simple principles of lean management to improve workflows in business and in private life. For me, "Lean" has become a mindset, which is used both for the preparation of workshops, training courses or moderations and during their implementation and inspires with its simplicity.
"life...
is a process"
The methods of process management aim to design workflows, prepare for documentation, and ensure implementation of the designed elements, which are the base for continuous improvement. A clear view of potential waste, i.e. the lean approach, helps here. As a process architect in a large company with a global presence, I can draw on extensive experience in designing holistic "end-to-end" processes. For me, the focus here is on the roles involved, the people who bring the processes to life and continuously improve them.
